At work, I value people with passion the most.
I have been working in the industry for almost 30 years and I have been working on mobile technologies in Nokia / Motorola for 20 years.
The first years after studying at AGH is a programmer, assembler, C, C ++. I started my managerial adventure by running teams in tests. Later, project management, programs, and finally since 2013 I manage the department working on LTE technology in Nokia. From 2015 I am responsible for managing the Nokia R & D department in Krakow.
Every day, the most satisfaction gives me the opportunity to work with people with passion (for my happiness there are many around me). Creation of development opportunities for them in Nokia, so that they could infect others with their passion and energy, it is something that gives me motivation and gives meaning to a significant part of my work.
Privately, I love sport, especially skiing, windsurfing and tennis. I’m also interested in photography.
