Program Management Support – Working Student

Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. Position: Program Management – Working Student
Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong to the next 12 months)
Date: 1.03.2025 – 28.02.2026 (possibility to prolong)
Location: Poland (hybrid in Wroclaw or Krakow)
Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate from the field of study as Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Telecommunication and similar

As a team, we provide a range of System Engineering services, including:

  • R&D special project assignments
  • R&D system testing assignments
  • System administration and implementation services
  • R&D maintenance management

Additionally, we support the resolution of customer issues in collaboration with Care services, handling everything from triage to the final tested and approved fix if needed. We are responsible for planning and approving all customer fault corrections and ensuring that fixes are propagated into other release streams. Our services also include incident management and preventive escalation support.

Our Project Management Office oversees the management of lead customer delivery projects, Proof of Concepts (PoC), and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As part of our team, you will:

  • Provide the reporting and collect the data for reports
  • Support for maintenance of Network Management Systems
  • Ensure Program follow-up delivery
  • Support Program Manager in operational management topics with scope of effort, fault management, schedule and risk contribution
  • Facilitate the milestone declaration process, including pre-review, review sessions and checklist follow-up
  • Administrate program management tools & tools development

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have :

  • Active student status at least one year
  • Good communication in English (both written and spoken)
  • Programming skills in Python, Bash and PowerBI
  • Database knowledge
  • Self-organized

CI Core Software Engineer – Working Student

Position:  CI Core Software Engineer – Working Student
Duration: 12 months with possibility to prolong
Location: Poland, Kraków (hybrid)
Education Recommendations: Active student status in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As part of our team, you will:

  • Perform daily duties to secure flawless operation of Continuous Integration processes
  • Take part in the implementation of our CI/CD automation frameworks
  • Cooperate with Development Teams in resolving software issues

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You should have:

  • Active status of student of Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology or equivalent education
  • Good English, both spoken and written
  • Basic knowledge of GIT/SVN, Bash and Python programming language
  • Basic knowledge about agile methodology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player spirit

Integration & Testing – Working Student

Position: Integration & Testing Co-op/Intern
Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong to the next 12 months)
Location: Poland (hybrid in Wroclaw or Krakow)
Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate from the field of study as Computer Science, Cybersecurity,  Telecommunication and similar

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As part of our team, you will: 

  • Test execution to verify software, issues investigation, reporting errors, validating fixes, and analyze requirements and test creation
  • Test automation, and development of tools supporting test execution
  • Work with the newest technologies in the field of equipment and telephones

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

  • Active status of student of Telecommunications or a similar subject
  • Good English, both spoken and written
  • ability to hybrid work in Wroclaw or Krakow
  • Knowledge of mobile telecommunication systems such as 5G, LTE-A
  • Knowledge of Unix, Linux (command line)
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP Networks
  • Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
  • General knowledge about electrical systems

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience with Bash or Python programming language and in test automation
  • Familiarity with software testing
  • Knowledge of GIT version control system
