Talent Acquisiton Support for Early Careers – Working Student

Position: Early Careers Talent Acquisition Trainee
Duration: 12 months (with possibility to prolong for the next 12 months)
Date: 1.02.2025-31.1.2026 (possibility to prolong)
Location: Poland (hybrid in Wrocław or Krakow)
Education Recommendations: active student status in Human Resources, Project Management, Psychology or similar.

As a Working Student, you will support our efforts across several European countries, working closely with an international team and building cross-cultural knowledge. This position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to key projects across all Nokia business groups, helping to shape the future of our organization by supporting the hiring of our next rising stars. This role requires a commitment of 120 hours per month. This schedule is essential to the success of the position and is therefore non-negotiable.

During your traineeship, you will connect with the next generation of workers and assist in initiatives related to early careers. Your contributions will play an important role in the success of our talent attraction strategy, all while working in a dynamic and inclusive environment that values innovation and collaboration.

 

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As part of the team, you will:

  • Assist Talent Acquisition Partners with the selection and hiring process for trainees and graduates, including handling administrative tasks and following up on open positions and applications.
  • Help organize Nokia’s participation in university and career events, representing the company enthusiastically at these occasions.
  • Promote Nokia as a top employer for Gen Z talent through social media channels and creative campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and other partners to attract top talent.
  • Support internal recruitment initiatives, such as organizing student company visits and working closely with local Business Groups.
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders like Hiring Managers, People Managers, and internal teams for Early Career hiring needs.
  • Contribute to improving the overall recruitment process by assisting with strategy and program development.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

  • Active student status in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, with the ability to work 120 hours/month during a period of 12 months.
  • A strong interest in Talent Acquisition and enthusiasm for engaging with the Gen Z community.
  • Fluency in English and Polish, with excellent communication skills in both.
  • A fast-learning mindset and comfort working with various online and offline tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

 

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Previous experience or academic studies in early careers recruitment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Immediate availability to start this exciting learning opportunity.
