Modeling (Matlab & C++) – Summer Trainee

Position:  Modeling (Matlab & C++) – Summer Trainee
Duration: 3 months
Location: Poland, Kraków
Date: 1.07.2025 – 30.09.2025
Education Recommendations: Active student status in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As part of our team you will: 

  • Contribute to simulation and validation of FPGA/SoC functionalities for 5G/6G telecommunication systems using Matlab and C++
  • Support the team in testing the fixed-point model by developing, optimizing, and enhancing existing scripts
  • Develop extensive knowledge of the 5G/6G system protocol stack
  • Work with advanced fixed-point modeling techniques
  • Gain valuable experience in next-generation telecommunications

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

  • Active student status
  • Good English, both spoken and written
  • Ready to work full-time during the summertime
  • Good knowledge of Matlab
  • Good knowledge of C++
  • Linux shell
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player spirit

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Knowledge of Python
  • Academic background in Telecommunication/Mathematics
  • Academic background in Digital Signal Processing
  • Basic knowledge about agile methodology
