Customer Services (CS) covers customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education. Generates revenue and the increase of customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimising, operating, and maintaining phases.
The Cloud Architect covers the development of Cloud Infra solution architecture designed to meet specific needs and works as a part of a Domain team. Contains the definition of an architecture which comprises an integration design and specification of products and / or services which makeup the solution.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Develops customer specific cloud architecture (NCP, OCP, AWS, etc..) and high-level solution design (HLD).
- Develops the LLD (Low Level Design) in close partnership with Network planning / design team and Customer
- Deep understanding of network design and the ability to support the IP Planner with Cloud IP connectivity requirements.
- Engages in ‘hands on’ delivery activities with Cloud Integrators. Provider expert leadership in deployment and troubleshooting.
- Applies solution architecture standards processes and principles, to create and maintain a solution’s integrity over time, including verification that the solution meets the client’s requirements
- Keeps close contact with customer’s CTO / Chief Architect team.
- Provides direction and sets expectations for creation of new business opportunities (CRs) and evaluates new technology solutions.
- Acts as a senior Cloud subject matter expert, typically at a global or regional level.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong Experience / Mastery of Cloud discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and practice.
- Expert in more than one Cloud area – NCP, OCP, AWS with strong IP networking background.
- Typically requires 5-7 years extensive relevant experience and a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.
- Hands on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Automation technologies and has previously worked as an expert integrator troubleshooting complex problems in Cloud deliveries. BS in Engineering / Computer Science is required. Masters preferred.
