FPGA IP Verification – Working Student

Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. We are open to flexible working hours so that you can reconcile working with us with your studies. #OpenToYou.

Position: FPGA IP Verification – Working Student
Internship duration: up to 24 months
Location: hybrid in Kraków, possible full remote from Poland
Education: Active student status in Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will:

  • Work with cutting edge versions of FPGA silicon and latest versions of design tools and measurement equipment
  • Develop extensive knowledge of 5G system protocol stack, Nokia hardware platforms and the way our customers are deploying them
  • Contribute to develop innovative solutions to address Nokia strategy in the 5G domain and beyond

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

  • Education:  a student of Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electronics or a similar subject
  • Pracitcal knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
  • Basic FPGA programming skills: Verilog, System Verilog or VHDL
  • Basic knowledge of Matlab/Simulink/Octave or similar tool
  • Understanding of technical documentation and technical writing skills
